Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product is 100% authentic and guaranteed. We buy surplus and closeout stock through established distribution channels. Read more on our Authenticity Guarantee page.

Why are your prices lower than retail?

We buy overstock and closeout inventory at a discount and pass the saving on. Each product shows the brand's retail price next to ours.

Are you an authorized retailer?

No. Luxebin is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the brands we sell. That is what allows us to offer genuine products below retail.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders over $50 ship free.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed and sent from New York. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final, as every item is sold below retail. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to support@luxebin.co within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement.

Why does my product's packaging look different from the brand's website?

Brands update their packaging from time to time. Because we sell surplus and closeout stock, you may receive an earlier packaging design. The product inside is the same genuine formula.

What is a deluxe mini?

A smaller size made by the brand, ideal for travel or for trying a product before committing to the full size.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. If you like, you can sign in with just your email to see past orders.
